Passionate about health and wellness with a focus on diabetic care, advancing the pharmacy profession and advocating for veterans. I advocate and mentor those transitioning into and out of the service. It is a responsibility to ensure that our service members are cared for from the beginning to the end. The end is not at the time of discharge. My desire to advance the pharmacy profession through increasing visibility on what we offer and how we are trained has become a high priority. I am focused on motivating colleagues to do the same. Feel free to engage and use these connection opportunities to discuss and brainstorm on our best approach for bringing more respect and scope to what we do. Encourage others to do the same. Until we all join forces, it won’t happen. A combination of military leadership experience and pharmacy management have given me the skills to build effective and and high performing teams. I achieve results and know how to take care of my people. https://calendly.com/alliebutler/coffee-and-create
