UX Director

Technology is transforming everyday life more rapidly than anytime in history. Generations are growing up with connected technologies that are disrupting industries and creating new business models through radical innovation. I have led digital strategy and helped organizations grow through design by managing cross-functional teams in the areas of mobility, customer experience, eCommerce, social media, software and big data including: State Farm, Ernst & Young, Vodafone, Coca-Cola, Philips, Global Payments, IHG, Deloitte, State government and Jabil. In 2014 I was asked to lead disruptive innovation for Kiseguro, a LATAM startup in emerging markets by establishing remote development teams based in Bogota, Colombia; Toronto, Canada along with a vendor partner in São Paulo, Brazil. I was responsible for digital strategy, planning and direction of customer experience, product development, sales and services. Prior to Kiseguro, I led digital experience at Corfire, an early Google partner for the first mobile wallet. I helped Vodafone, Dunkin Donuts and other Fortune 500 brands transform into mobile payments and commerce companies. I have also worked with startups, advertising agencies and entertainment brands in consulting roles including Ogilvy (Holiday Inn and Hauwei), Yalo! (GE Digital, Jabil, Arcserve and Plante Moran) and Turner (CNN, NBA and NCAA). I started my career designing scalable experiences for brands at IBM. I am also experienced with research, usability, accessibility and developing front-end (HTML/CSS/Javascript) framework-based user interfaces.
