Cruzado Consulting

HR Consulting, Food Truck Owner, Paternity Leave

Took an extended paternity leave for 18-months to support Mom completing her graduate program at UC Berkeley. Mom graduated in June 2017. ☺️ After successfully helping Kabam exit via acquisition I started a new family, started an ice cream tacos food truck and engaged in human resources consulting with startups in Silicon Valley. Kabam sold itself to NetMarble Games, FoxNext, GAEA Mobile, and RockYou Media after the company received Series C $120 million funding from Alibaba. As the father of a Toddler, I wore many hats. I could not be defined by one or two job titles. Although I have a real name, it was replaced by Daddy, Dad, Papa, and sometimes Mommy, among others. I was like a superhero with many identities: I was the chaser of the bogeyman. I was the doctor. I was the exterminator of spiders. I was the clown. I was the tour guide. I was the diaper changer. I was the chauffeur. I was the toy finder. I was her dance partner. I was the teacher. I was her maid. I was the chef. Being a Toddler Dad rocks!
