With a name like that, B. Quick Chadwick was destined for a career in marketing. He is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience with a specialization in retail franchise marketing, brand management, marketing services management and communications/public relations. Prior to joining Clean Juice, he was responsible for the Tire Pros Marketing Services department servicing 700+ of the country's best independent tire dealers. He was instrumental in building the Tire Pros brand, creating and developing promotional consumer marketing campaigns, communications and building dealer loyalty through the program’s marketing support services. Before becoming a director, he was a Field Marketing Manager serving elite,independent Tire Pros dealers in the SE region including SC, GA and FL. He also worked in a similar retail franchise marketing role for ANY LAB TEST NOW®, a retail direct access lab testing franchise. In addition, he served as the Director of Public Relations for the largest independent ad agency in the Southeast (formerly WestWayne, now 22Squared), as well as an account executive for several major brands including The Sports Authority, Publix Super Markets, The Atlanta Falcons Football Club and Russell Athletic. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Drake University in Des Moines, IA. Director of Marketing Services

As the Director of Marketing Services for Tire Pros, Quick provided creative and strategic brand direction to the franchise and its 30+member department; equipped both Tire Pros and ATD Field Support staff, as well as independent tire retailer franchisees (nearly 750 at its peak) with branding, digital and traditional advertising campaigns that drive car count, average repair order, unit sales and brand awareness. In addition, Quick supported franchise operations and development, and the procurement of strategic business partnerships to support the franchise. A key role as Director also included leading all Tire Pros communications efforts (dealer and consumer-facing), working closely with ATD senior management and National and Mission-Based Dealer Council members in defining the future of the franchise in accomplishing key business objectives. At the end of the day, Quick played an important leadership role in the launch of the Tire Pros national consumer advertising campaign ("Hassle-Free. Guaranteed.") and all dealer-facing marketing services efforts (account management, media planning and buying, creative development) resulting in increased franchisee satisfaction, dealer enrollment and engagement of franchise programs, as well as improved operational and financial efficiencies for ATD.

Since 1935, American Tire Distributors has supported the nation’s tire dealers, service repair shops, and automotive performance shops with prompt and convenient delivery of the products, tools, and programs they need to service a country on the move. As the Regional Marketing Manager, I am responsible for overseeing and managing all advertising and marketing programs for all Tire Pros dealers in South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. I am focused on providing marketing, advertising and PR expertise to each independent dealer while building the Tire Pros brand and growing retail sales at all locations in the three states.

As Corporate Marketing Manager for ANY LAB TEST NOW®, I was responsible for all brand management, budgeting, marketing communications, strategic plan development and business development/alliances for this franchise healthcare company. In just under 3 years with this company, I helped this franchise organization grow from 1 to 120+ locations, exceed $5 million in sales and be recognized as the second fastest growing franchise (April 2010) by Franchise Times magazine. In support of the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and other Executive Team members, I worked closely with franchisees to help develop local strategic marketing plans that generated brand awareness and strong ROI. In addition, I was responsible for working with national and regional laboratories and other lab test manufacturers in launching over 14 new products to franchisees and end-users. I also worked with the sales team in developing monthly sales training (B2B and B2C) as well as franchise sales.
