Deliver strategic leadership of operations for this transportation consulting company specializing in hyper-growth and departmental build out of LTL, FTL, Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehousing. Define and implement operational strategies, processes and initiatives to ensure attainment of corporate objectives and client expectations. Build, develop and lead a team of 5 direct reports, as well as contractor resources for all consulting engagements. Hold direct accountability for developing policies and procedures, establishing operational plans and driving continuous process improvement, while contributing to fiscal and administrative oversight. Led the design and execution of strategies focused on uncovering and converting new sales/consulting opportunities, including securing 30+ new brokerage partnerships with combined transportation spend of $1B+.
