Rhone Apparel

VP of Marketing & Analytics

Use Python and other data analysis and visualization tools (RJMetrics, Google Analytics, Stata, Tableau, Excel) to mine Rhone's order, marketing, store and email data for marketing, business development, and strategy opportunities. We use this data and insights into our customers to make crucial decisions on where and how to invest money for growth. In charge of the creation and deployment of a $2.5mm+ budget for customer acquisition, analytics and growth. Used growth hacking tactics to optimize the marketing funnel to maximize ROIs in our acquisition channels and help grow Rhone's revenue 5x in its second year of business. Work as project manager to design, develop, and deploy Rhone's new website and e-commerce experience. I use google analytics data, heat maps, internal analytics, reviews, and customer interviews to design, prioritize feature releases, and improve conversion rates and revenue per visitor statistics. Use A/B and multivariate tests to determine best practices and revenue maximization techniques in marketing, acquisition and web development. In charge to demand forecasting, inventory buying, and multivariate testing on product expansion. Results from the forecasting almost perfectly matched demand testing, resulting in vastly reducing inventory buying errors as well as minimized inventory bloat due to poor demand forecasting.
