My official title is project manager, but I double as process engineer and change management expert. In my career, I've had the unique opportunity to manage everything from website redesigns to 12 month SEO, Paid Media & Analytics retainers, while rolling out company wide tools and processes to teams of 3-200+. I've rolled out new project management tools at 3 companies, migrated time tracking tools at 2, and stood up countless processes for scalable efficiency. I've learned a lot along the way and look to continue to learn and improve every day!

I have mastered the art of evaluating tools, finding the right fit based on business requirements, and managing a successful rollout. Change is never easy, but it doesn't have to be THAT hard.
