The original Hurricane Grill & Wings opened in Fort Pierce, Fla., in 1995. There are over 60 locations, including Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Colorado New York, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Maryland, North Carolina and Minnesota with additional restaurants planned nationwide. • Planned and implemented the accelerated development strategy and tactics to grow Hurricane Grill & Wings into a national leader in the full service restaurant segment resulting in a 40% growth rate with a comp store sales increase of 8% year over year. • Awarded over 85 franchises to large multi–unit restaurant owners within first 120 days of joining the company, greatly exceeding the budgeted expectations of the brand. • Implemented full financing programs including a corporate loan guarantee program for up to $10 MM in financing. • Developed and implemented an accelerated brand expansion strategy to insure that the company achieves/exceeds the development goal of 40% annual growth while maintaining a 10% increase in AUV’s on current average unit volumes of $1.7+ MM.

Brand Expansion - US and Canada Developed and implemented an accelerated franchise sales program resulting in over 1300 new franchises being sold per year. This created one of the fastest growing brands in the history of franchising. Was brought back to re-launch the brand in 2008 after the brand suffered severe closures and lawsuits. The brand has recently completed I restructuring based on the success of the re-launch program. Built the fastest growing brand in the Canadian franchise industry, opening approximately three new stores per week totaling almost 500 stores in Canada. Developed all of the Quebecoise development plans and processes to insure the successful launch of the brand into French Canada. Researched and executed all aspects of the brand to comply with all of the provincial language and business laws of Quebec. Quebec has since become Quiznos most successful Canadian market. Quebec now has over 100 stores open and is the top performing region in North America Served as President of the Quiznos Subs National Franchise Advisory Counsel for two terms and as a board member of the Quiznos National Area Director Counsel for one term

Implemented accelerated sales and development programs for all three Clockwork Home Services brands. The One Hour Air Conditioning brand became #1 on the "Franchise Times Fast 55" list in 2008, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was #36, and Mister Sparky Electric has sold over 85 territories in the first twelve months. Total franchises to date are in excess of 650, along with 23 company owned locations, with system wide sales for all clockwork entities in excess of $2.5 billion. Assumed operational responsibility for corporate locations in the western region of the United States. Turned around a market producing over $50 million in annual revenue within a four month period. Successfully established aggressive recruiting, training, marketing and management programs throughout the region to insure the ongoing profitability and growth of the region.

• Multi-unit owner of 12 Quiznos Subs stores, and area developer of one of the most successful Quiznos development regions in the US. Sold and opened over 250 Quiznos locations throughout our region which comprised the Colorado, Texas and Louisiana markets. Was subsequently invited on board to Quiznos corporate team to head up development nationally and internationally. • Purchased and developed this highly successful, Dallas based quick casual Asian restaurant chain. Redesigned and updated the entire concept, established the franchise offering circulars, redesigned and developed all new menus and operating systems, distribution and supply chain, training and support systems for a planned national rollout. After completion of all steps required to prepare the brand for national expansion, we sold the concept to a large national chain.

Took hotel from lowest occupancy and average rate to highest occupancy and average rate in the area within a one year period. Completed a complete refurbishment of all guestrooms, food and beverage concepts and public areas. Executed numerous high profile charitable events on behalf of the "John Elway", foundation bringing the hotel to the forefront of the business and social community.
