Working with people has always seemed to me as challenging and interesting work. I realized it first when I was a counselor in the Youth Movement in my town. It was then only natural for me to build my career in the HR field. Over the last twenty years I was given the opportunity to work closely with people in many different countries such as Israel, Estonia, UK, Gibraltar, Russia, Germany, Ukraine, Bulgaria and the United States. I found myself helping people with different cultures to achieve their career goals and to obtain continuing professional education. My broad experience in both HR and Operations contributed greatly to every company that I have worked for. I am a proven Human Resources strategic business partner with extensive experience in employee relations, talent management, and recruiting.
