How does this work?

I like to help companies grow. Throughout my career, I’ve grown from a grassroots marketer, wearing a zillion different hats, to helping launch new brands and working in user acquisition for unicorn startups. I’ve never shied away from a challenge and have developed a no-fear attitude when it comes to marketing. From pitching fun new channels (Snapchat, anyone?) to providing creative direction based on cold-hard data, I’ve jumped in with an open mind and heart and of course, a structured testing philosophy. Fun fact about my career: at the beginning of my professional career, while working admin at a bi-lingual school (I’m also fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese!), I knew I wanted to be in marketing. After jumping around in various in-house positions, from content marketing to organic social, I found my true love in brand marketing and digital advertising. I followed my vision, and in less than 5 years, I became the Head of Marketing at a women-founded startup. Now over 7 years into my marketing career, I’m continuing to follow my true love of digital marketing to companies that hold impactful and inspiring missions at their core.
