Responsible for the release and deployment of rich and expressive mobile clients such as Flash Lite, Flash Cast and Adobe Mobile Client (AMC) on mobile devices • Helped Flash Lite grow into a $100 million business that shipped on more than 1 billion devices worldwide, used in a variety of applications such as browser plug-in, ringtones, screen savers, phone Ul, etc. • Worked very closely with Verizon, T-Mobile, Samsung and LGE to deploy Flash Cast and AMC on their network and devices. Flash Cast was deployed as a push-based news and entertainment dashboard on Verizon devices and AMC was used to build UIs for phones on the T-Mobile network. • Recruited and built a full-fledged development and QA organization based in San Francisco working on multiple product releases. • Established a global Customer Engineering organization to work with strategic OEMs and operators in US, Japan, Korea and Europe. This grew into a team of more than 40 people. • Helped start a Mobile division in Adobe Bangalore, India. This organization grew into a 60+ people group with the ability to own critical software release from start to finish. • Actively participated in many Mobile related M&A activities including Adobe's acquisition of Mobile Innovation and a technology acquisition from Actlmagine. • Flash Lite was awarded the "Innovation in Mobile Gaming Award" at SpikeTV's 2007 Video Game Awards.

Initiated the Flash Lite product by creating a prototype that ran on a constrained ARM board with a primitive RTOS. This prototype became the basis for the Flash Lite product which soon became the centerpiece of the Mobile Business Unit at Adobe.
