Facebook

Product Manager, Elections and COVID Integrity

Keeping Facebook and Instagram free of inauthentic behavior globally within our most sensitive verticals including elections and COVID. I support a team of 2 PMs and 50 people across engineering, science, operations, and policy. I also drive strategic initiatives influencing a broader 200 cross-functional group including revamps to measurement, prioritization, incentive design, and end user transparency. Our team conceives new community standards and build systems to detect and enforce against policy violations. Our work addresses coordinated abuse, foreign election interference, amplification of disinformation and hate speech, identity misrepresentation, and more. Cofounded a mentorship program supporting dozens of junior PMs within the company and serving on a programming committee to help aspiring PMs make the transition from other functions. We're hiring, let me know if you see a role that interests you! (More on why I joined at hadardor.com/starting-at-facebook)
