I have nearly 40 years experience in infectious disease epidemiology and infectious disease control. I have participated in the investigation of a large number of disease outbreaks during my work with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization, and 2 state health departments. I can provide assistance to companies in establishing policies to protect their employees and customers against COVID-19. I am familiar with current recommendations on the control of the virus, the epidemiology of the virus and the likely course of the outbreak. I have aslo worked as an expert witness for more than 200 cases, including cases of E. coli, Salmonella, Campylobacter, Listeria, Yersinia, Norovirus, MRSA, Influenza, Hepatitis C, Lymphatic Filariasis, Bubonic Plague, Pneumonia and Meningitis. I serve as a consultant to a major national restaurant chain on food safety. I have aworked extensively with vaccines and vaccination programs. I worked on developing immunization programs in Africa, smallpox eradication in Bangladesh, and led the World Health Organization's global polio eradication initiative. I was a member of CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. I have served on medical advisory panels for 4 vaccine companies.
