Sr Program Lead in the Finance Transformation function and more particularly within the Finance Target Operating Model (FTOM) department in charge of the organisational & process changes. Support the EMEA leadership in the definition & oversight of various programs. Extract of key relevant projects: o Robotics : Global Robotics Lead for controllership function in charge to oversee the implementation of Robotics solutions particularly focussed on Artificial Intelligence for reporting (Natural Language Generation) and Rapid Desktop Automation o EMEA Close Reengineering & US GAAP reporting Acceleration: Program lead responsible to support the acceleration of the submission of US GAAP reporting (approx. 85 Entities). “Rebooted” the program, defined the tactics, approach & methodology, mobilised a project team & SMEs and then oversaw the execution of the activities + manage Sr Stakeholders. About 40+ initiatives initially defined covering Organisational Design, Lean process, data quality & system improvements o EMEA Finance Target Operating Model (Transitions): Sr Transition Manager within the EMEA region. First led the preparation of the transition strategy for Europe (approx. 200 roles) incl. definition of “To-Be” Organisational Design & split of activities by SSC (i.e. India & Hungary), transition tactics & timeline, communication strategy, LRTC analysis (i.e. Legal, Tax, Regulatory & Compliance), Employee Risk Assessment, etc. Then led the transitions for several countries (i.e. Nordics, Russia & Turkey) and all HQ functions (i.e. IFRS, US GAAP, Regulatory & Capital, BS. Rec Supervision) counting for approx. 91 roles o HQ External Reporting set-up: Transformation Manager responsible for the set-up of the Regional HQ capability (IFRS, Regulatory & Capital Reporting) for Europe following the two former European HQ. Led all activities incl. Organisational Design & recruitment, process design & documentation and system update

Management consultant in the ‘Finance & Enterprise Performance’ (F&EP) practice, specialised in EPM projects (extract): o UK Youth (Charity) – Finance Function Strategy: Project lead in charge of driving an assessment of the finance function, the definition of a roadmap & the implementation of subsequent initiatives. o Nokia (Communication Devices producer) – R2R simplification and optimisation: Drove an overall assessment of the financial reporting processes and delivered a set of recommendations and a roadmap for improvements. o Barclays (Banking) – MI Strategy review: Supported an assessment of the MI reporting (incl. a reporting rationalisation exercise) and the definition of recommendations incl. the design of a proposed Operating Model. o Willis (Insurance broker) – Finance transformation / Financial reporting: Completed the design of the financial reporting tool and led a team of circa 10 people (onshore & offshore) to run the testing activities of the tool deployed (i.e. HFM). o RSA Group (General insurance) – Solvency II reporting processes: Drove the definition & documentation of new financial processes (i.e. Internal Model and Planning) and led the definition of business requirements for an MI solution.

Involved in several engagements across various areas (extract): o Schneider Electric (Product & Energy) – Reporting streamlining: Managed a team to deliver a diagnostic of the financial reporting function and the definition of improvements initiatives. o Euralis (Food industry/Retail) – Definition of a Model of Management & Reporting Design: Reviewed the whole EPM framework and supported the definition & the implementation of a financial reporting tool using SAP BFC (i.e. design, coding and testing). o Invivo (Food industry) – Balanced Scorecard Definition: Designed a proposed model of Balanced Scorecard for the CEO to enhance control around the execution of the strategy. o LVMH (Luxury industry / Retail) – Financial Reporting Unification: Led the definition and the deployment of a complete financial reporting suite combining management & statutory reporting using SAP. o Veolia Environnent (environnemental services) – Finance transformation - SOX: Responsible for the definition and maintenance of the Group Core Procure to Pay (P2P) process (incl. workflow solution) across the Group and its Units and supervised a team in charge of the deployment of that process across several countries as part of a SAP ERP programme. o GDF-Suez (Utility) – Electronic invoices: Supported the optimisation of the P2P process and to implement an electronic invoices solution (via EIPP platform).
