How does this work?

As Head of Sales at Kigo, my role is to develop and manage our Global Sales Organization. Our goal is to keep the Kigo Marketplace Platform at the forefront of the Short Term Rentals Industry. Our primary mission is to empower STR Professionals with the innovative technology needed to advance their brand and achieve more. My true passion lies in developing others. I've been extremely fortunate throughout my young career to have tremendous mentors. Some have been amazing thought-leaders who have inspired people, while others have been powerful managers and teachers. I have attempted to draw from each of them the things I felt made them great but one thing is certain, they have each made a distinct impact on me. In large part, these leaders have helped me grow and mature from a rookie sales rep to a consistent club-level performer to the leader and manager I am today. My mission is to have a similar impact on the teams and individuals I work with. Quite simply, I love nothing more than understanding the growth path of a team member and navigating through that journey with them.  I would define myself a results-oriented sales leader with year-after-year proven success in achieving the goals of the business. I have significant experience launching new products, analyzing competitive landscapes, working in both the Enterprise and SMB space, and most importantly coaching sales teams to truly understand the needs of their customers and keep those needs at the forefront of their decision making. I am concerned with what is right rather than who is right. My experiences have allowed me to gain expertise in strategic and tactical planning, training and Sales Team development, Sales Process design, webinar and SaaS presentation best practices, Direct and Channel Sales, reporting and business analysis, Salesforce and Salesforce Administration, KPI’s, and team culture. I am on a never-ending journey of self-discovery and professional improvement.
