Over the past 15 years, I have built a strong track record of identifying, designing, and developing innovative product and service offerings that have driven growth in both existing and new markets. This includes reinvigorating a product portfolio via the launch and introduction of a best of breed mobile application and payment instrument for a $250M payments business, blueprinting and leading the execution of a plan to attract new customers within previously untapped verticals for a $1.5 billion HCM business, and leading the agile transformation for a SaaS-based product and IT organization for one of the nation’s largest commercial credit bureaus. Vice President Of Product Management - North America Trucking

Senior product manager for FleetCor’s, North American Trucking division (Comdata) with responsibility for defining and delivering “retain and grow” product offerings for the OTR (Over The Road) trucking space. - Redesigning a modernized Comchek product through the Comchek® Mobile app, a first of its kind peer-to-peer mobile payments app for the trucking and logistics space. - Orchestrating a cross business unit initiative to retain and grow FleetCor’s large fleet customer base. - Launching to market the Comdata OnRoad Card, a first of it’s kind dual-sided fleet/driver card for business and personal use purposes, including inclusion of cardholders in Comdata’s Mobile app ecosystem (Comdata OnRoad app)

Senior Director Product Management

Product leader position for Equifax’s Commercial Risk and Marketing practice with direct responsibility for Equifax’s commercial Risk and Marketing enabling technologies (platforms). - Led transformation process across product management and development (IT) functions to enable deployment of Agile development framework for BusinessConnect (a natively built trade credit assessment tool on platform). Initiative led to groomed enhancement backlog, increased confidence in velocity of development team and greater efficiency in cycle times and deployment of new features to market. - Championed business case development and implementation of User Interface and Experience (UI/UX) refresh of Equifax’s mid-market customer portal, eCommercial. Focus included leading key client conversations to better understand market requirements, grooming of prioritized enhancement backlog and development and management against $600K IT investment case to support CapEX and OpEx development activities. - Led new product innovation through toll-gate process of a first to market trade credit receivables offering targeted towards Small Business market; Focus included leading business case development, voice of customer (VOC) discussion sessions, development of proof of concept offering and executive briefings on market assessment and viability. - Launched expansion of International Commercial Credit Risk offering to US based commercial accounts through partnership with 3rd party partner, CreditSafe. Efforts included integration of product into Equifax’s native commercial platforms, formalizing and executing reseller agreement, building and fulfillment of go- to-market messaging and on-going sales team support.

Director, Product Management & Strategy - ADP Resource

Senior product officer for ADP’s $100M down-market Administrative Service Offering (ASO) division, with direct responsibility for leading product and development teams from concept to delivery of market tested product enhancements, user experience simplification and operational improvement initiatives. - Managed customer experience initiative to successfully develop and drive adoption across client and service continuum of new user interface and streamlined user experience for client employees, managers and administrators. Led to seamless migration of over 180K unique users across 6,000 clients. Initial pilot through rollout accomplished in four weeks. - Championed in partnership with Net Promoter leader (client experience) a cross functional team to address most critical client feedback issues. Led a three month concept to production initiative to streamline payroll processing for the unit’s most simple payroll client’s, migrating over 400 clients (10% of overall base) within three weeks of placing into production. - Championed the business case development and initial implementation plan to seamlessly migrate business unit’s 6K clients from legacy platform to ADP’s flagship small market platform (RUN). Focus included development of must have client feature/functions, needed service tools and sustaining service model to support operational success. - Led deployment of business process management tool (Savvion) to drive efficiency within implementation process. Initiative led to reduction by over 20% in time to implement new client starts, in addition to reduction in duplicate steps and client contacts.

Director, Vertical Strategy

Senior member of the National Account Services strategy team responsible for supporting NAS’ strategic growth objectives via development and execution of a product, sales and service strategy focused on currently untapped verticals – healthcare and public sector. Led cross functional team directly responsible for rollout of solution pricing and packaging for ADP’s newest SaaS / Cloud offering for large account clients. - Developed and integrated into business go-to-market business plans with a focus on driving new share growth for addressing healthcare and government and education vertical markets. Efforts contributed to over $15 million of incremental revenue to business within first two years. - Partnered with Enterprise Payroll Services (EPS) General Manager to successfully develop and implement a dedicated product and service delivery team (including service delivery manager and relationship management) that exclusively focused on the government and education markets. - Successfully built and implemented 24 month internal associate training curriculum (Catch the Wave) focused on driving understanding across service organization of market trends, client requirements and ADP’s strategy for growth within government and education markets - Orchestrated the development, implementation and rollout of generally available market pricing for ADP Vantage HCM®, including market research and testing of optimal product bundles and price points to drive market share growth resulting in business growth from $1M to $30M in live processing revenue, $60M in annual contracted revenue and over $300M in total contract value in under 24 months. - Elected by business unit’s senior leadership team to emerging leaders (LEAP) program.

Director, Healthcare Marketing

Authored and led the development and execution of strategies focused on driving outsourced Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions within healthcare vertical market which represented significant short and long term opportunities for ADP’s National Account division (focused on 1,000+ employee organizations). Efforts helped drive divisions 10%+ CAGR over three year span. - Led extensive division wide research for entry into the healthcare vertical, including primary and secondary research, product fit assessments, market segmentation, positioning, competitive analysis, sales modeling and internal “selling” of opportunity to division’s executive leadership team. - Oversaw in concert with executive sales leadership team the development and implementation of a dedicated sales team including territory structure, ideal candidate profile and targeted territory prospect account list. - Championed 3rd party HCM product assessment engagement to understand vertical market specific product functionality requirements across human capital management offerings; Led creation of product requirement definition and dedicated development work to close functional gaps required to have market ready solution for entry into vertical market

Championed through MBA summer internship project, the delivery of strategic roadmap detailing ways to articulate Kimberly Clark Professional’s green position for their safety product offerings. - Developed internal and external assessment of “green” position strategy for safety product offerings leading to development of recommended messaging and appropriate ways to deliver value proposition to key target audiences. - Analyzed business unit’s competitive guarantee programs against competition leading to a set of recommendations focused on driving product change at the end-user level. - Led survey tool development and results analysis to drive clear understanding of the product change process amongst end users, distributors and internal sales team.
