Building technology to improve immigration
Multi-team experience has left me with a strong understanding of how organizations run. I have worked with every team at Palantir to solve their technical challenges. My projects have ranged from improving sales tracking to helping our operations team manage global real estate growth. I have worked with a broad range of platforms including; Salesforce, Jira, Atlassian Confluence, FormAssembly, BaseCRM, Excel, Crowd, Tableau, and several custom built internal tools. A few career highlights include: • Built a case management system for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. • Lead the transition to Lightning in conjunction with a revamp of the entire CRM at Palantir. • Spent time living and working in Italy and South Africa.

Helped lead a recruiting push that resulted in two hires and an internal transfer, taking the initial Sales Operations team from two to five in five months. Product Manager - Business Applications
My role is primarily focused on working with our CRM (Salesforce), DocuSign, SSO, Adobe and a handful of in-house built products. I work with end users, management, developers, and vendors to roadmap, design, and optimize current systems as well as new systems we are acquiring. I believe in a rapid iterative development process with heavy involvement from users. Focusing on the problem and not necessarily the product assigned to me is what I believe to be a key to success. This has, multiple times in my career, meant moving users off of systems I am responsible for and in some cases retirement of entire applications I have built. Attachment to a product or just ego will leave a company playing catch-up to it's competitors instead of leading the way.
