Client: Virtua Health System •MSSP Pathways to Success Program: Conducted a deep dive analysis into the new MSSP Pathways to Success Program rule and impact of participating across various tracks •Medicare Advantage: Analyzed MA market, developed considerations for various deal structures with payers, and developed a sample gain share model. •Claims & Financial Analysis: Worked with actuaries to analyze historical Medicare claims data and developed performance scenarios under the new MSSP pathways to success program with the same network. Analyzed the financial impact of participating across MACRA driven QPP programs like MIPS and various APM programs •Population Health Technology & Analytics: Developed a population health technology and analytics implementation strategy within Epic platform (Healthy Planet) •Referral Management in Epic: Worked closely with IT, Epic and small independent practices to develop an MVP to connect providers within the CIN to make referrals to each other, including programmatic development to scale the solution. Client: Bind On-Demand Health Insurance •Direct Contracting: Developed and tested different FFS contracting models that can be deployed via a "self-service" mechanism to scale the contracting process between payers and providers across facilities (IP, OP, etc) and professional side •Dynamic Pricing: Explored and tested ways "dynamic pricing" can be incorporated for providers based on practice patterns, episodes of care, and market averages •Credentialing Plan: Developed a framework for delegated credentialing plan •Prior Authorization: Conducted analyses to identify risk exposure of eliminating all prior authorization requirements to reduce administrative burden for providers Client: Chanl Health (A Digital Health company focusing on Cardiac Rehab) •Leading strategic partnerships with health systems, payers and other technology companies.
