ACHIEVEMENTS: 1) Overachieved 187% of KPI in Q2 2020 at Datadog. 2) Overachieved 130% of KPI in Q3 2020 at Datadog. 3) Overachieved 110% of KPI in Q4 2020 at Datadog. 4) Best meeting to opp ratio 72.50% to date.

Xendit (SaaS) processes payments, runs marketplaces, disburses payroll and loans, detects fraud, and helps other businesses grow exponentially. We serve these companies by providing a suite of world-class APIs and a dashboard UI that simplifies processes. BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENTS: 1) Penetrated new verticals of industries and brought new streams of revenue to the company with a solution-based approach. 2) Built and developed new product-market fit with a team of Product Managers by collecting, analyzing, and performed market research in new industries.

BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENTS: 1) Car RC awarded as one of the BEST sites in Malaysia in 2018 by Malaysia Website Awards (MWA). 2) Brought in new revenue streams to the company with B2B business developments and partnerships. 3) Created market strategy, branding, and packaging business offering for automotive brands, resellers, and media. 4) Article "My startup journey: I would rather fail than regret" featured in e27.co on (Dec 18) edition. SEO/Social Media Marketing Achievements: 1) Improved Alexa ranking 300% over 12 months with effective SEO strategies. 2) The platform reached more than 700K (Jan 2019) active audiences. 3) Achieve more than 4,000 organic engagement in social media for one of the viral posts.

BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENTS & PROJECTS: 1) Six Sigma Green Belt Project Lead: Resolved critical quality issues for the High Impact Business Division by leading a team of product engineers and suppliers. We achieved avoidance cost up to $3,000,760 in Six Sigma Green Belt project. 2) Led Suppliers Quality Improvement Program for international suppliers and achieved 0% defect yield of their incoming parts and avoided revenue impact up to $5,000,000 on Q2 FY14. 3) Gold Award Member: Keysight Technical Forum 2014. 4) Led a team of 25 engineers to host one of the largest Materials Engineering Forum Q2 2015 event that involved hundreds of professional audiences from different backgrounds. We received excellent award from the management teams.
