Managed all Digital Coaching and Kurbo products, working to build, position, price, market, and operationalize each in truly consistent manner across platforms, channels, and markets. Expanded and enhanced a proprietary coaching platform to help WW’s kid, teen, and adult members succeed in their wellness journeys. • Created an integrated strategy for all digital coaching products across WW and launched pilot of new Virtual Group Coaching product as well as oversaw development of improvements to WW’s current coaching products. • Introduced a new, WW-branded Kurbo mobile app and website, adding several wellness and gamification features as well as mobile app usability and coaching program improvements to grow adoption and increase revenue for this new target area for WW.

Founding CTO and COO for Kurbo Health, the first digital therapeutic addressing childhood obesity by creating a mobile/online weight loss product for kids, teens, and their families. Drove core efforts by licensing Stanford’s Pediatric Weight Control Program and turning it into an online system, including an award-winning mobile app and a state-of-the art online coaching platform to facilitate health & wellness coaching. Worked and negotiated contracts with employers, insurance companies, Medicaid providers, and other constituents (both in the U.S. and abroad) to improve health outcomes for children and families. Implemented necessary regulatory requirements and audits. Negotiated company’s purchase by WW in August 2018.
