Specialising in Digital Transformation and Innovation for corporations looking to reinvent their business in the digital era. I am a passionate entrepreneur with experience in building products, tools, services and establishing new brands, often all at once. Leveraging experience from working and consulting for fintech startups that operate domestically in the US and internationally in the EU, I am able to provide a unique perspective on market trends, international expansion opportunities and early stage decision making for development and evaluations of startups. Additionally, when a corporation decides to enter a digital transformation project I can provide direct operations management from ideation to scale, acting as product owner and head of operations until both the product and team expands. A final key component to any successful digital transformation project is proper stakeholder management. Usually reporting directly to a board of management or steering committee, I spend crucial hours creating easy to digest executive summaries to aid in the review process and provide a clear channel for communication, from organising and gathering client requirements to explaining market trends and retrospectives on what has been successful, what has failed, and what opportunities lay ahead. I spend my free time enhancing my technical skills through small projects, in home automation and new technologies, to better communicate and relate to developers. By staying atop of new design techniques and tools I am also able to work faster with User Experience Designers (UX).
