Senior Account Executive
Spent my first year at the company as the sole contributor along with the CEO. During that timeframe, grew customer base 400% and grew revenue 6.3x. At the time of leaving Balto in May 2020, I had signed a total of 32 new customers and produced $1.49MM in revenue.

In my first 6 months, more than doubled Balto's customer base and increased the company's total revenue by 385%.
May 2016 - May 2017
I used my background in tech and sales to advocate for and then lead several tech implementations for the company as it related to new membership sales and program sales. This included developing CRM data points, email automation, and internal lead-flow processes to grow our member base and revenue.

Feb 2013 - Jan 2015
Started a healthy lifestyle program for kids and their parents, taking it from concept to reality by securing grant funding, learning from national models in childhood obesity prevention, and successfully growing the program from 1 educational summer camp in 2013 to 5 in 2014. Was responsible for every dimension of the program from planning and coordinating educational events; creating partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and businesses; reporting program results to hospital C-level; managing budget; and creating marketing material. Created a local coalition for youth health and well being in Fenton, MO by developing partnerships with other organizations in which we conducted programming together and achieved really tremendous results. At times, worked directly with the youth clients, conducting classes which included nutrition topics, recipe preparation, and physical activity.
