Innovative education/healthcare professional, with proven success in building new training programs and process improvement. I have had the opportunity to lead teams with the design, develop and launch healthcare solutions, with a focus on process improvement, such as ProvenCare Acute, while using technology to drive consumer and clinician engagement. I have also had the opportunity to lead the building of new programs, such as starting a new Endocrinology program at a leading healthcare system. Experienced in using Pragmatic Marketing framework and managing complex matrix teams and projects, such as the MyCode health Initiative I am currently serving as a Multi-Specialty Practice Manager for Tidelands Health. In this role I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of family medicine, Gastro, cardio, endocrinology and general surgery at our mini-hospital. I also served as the Program Director/faculty member for the Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics program at Misericordia University. In this role, I have worked as the lead architect, designing and developing the core curriculum of the program.
