Returned to home office as a product manager for home, dwelling fire and auto. Promoted into role as a manager of process and planning - wrote MD&A, all management presentations for Best's, profit planning, reinsurance, and board presentations. Part of 5 person executive team that managed the split of Kemper and Unitrin Business insurance into separate operating entities. Promoted to Operations Manager/VP administration over 100 CSR's, supervisors and managers for a central service organization.
