A goal oriented results-driven professional with in-depth experience in Sale/Business Development, Relationship Management, Default Sales Support and Technology Management. Mike Jurkovic is currently working as a self-employed independent mortgage and real estate industry consultant, problem solver and integrator. He is an experienced mortgage default professional that has used his 17+ year servicer and third-party servicer provider relationship to perform operational consulting, process, and business solution reviews as well as his expertise in default and servicing solution operations and integrations, especially invoicing and default solution integration into MSP, Fiserv, LSAMS and other proprietary servicing systems. He has the ability to analyze a client needs and recommend best practices recommendations not only from a system perspective but from a mortgage banking business focus as well. Mike has also worked with thousands of third-party providers on all aspects of mortgage, including attorneys, title, valuation, property preservation companies and REO Brokers for their contract, access and integration into a variety of client servicing systems. These efforts have allowed servicers to identify customer and vendor issues that allows for improved efficiencies and cost management, reduced risk and streamlined processes. Mike began his loan servicing career with Black Knight/LPS in 2002. He held various management positions as well as having a dual role of 1) National Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Vice President for Black Knight LoanSphere leading invoicing solution as well as the cross-selling of other associated BK default solutions, and 2) as an Account Director for the integration of third-party property preservation and claim providers into servicers Black Knight MSP servicing system for solution and file updates. Following his 15+ year career at Black Knight, Mike worked as the Vice President of Business Services at Aspen Grove Solutions, an end-to-end industry property technology solutions provider. At Aspen Grove, Mike successfully completed contracted services for updating Life of Loan processes and investor allowables, new potential revenue streams and pricing, and an integration Business Requirements Document project for the nation’s leading mortgage servicer for integrating work orders/invoices/MSP servicing system. In addition to working closely with both servicers and their third-party service providers over the years across all aspects of mortgage default servicing, Mike also served as an active member of the REOMAC, USFN, ALFN, Five Star Institute, MBA, and National Property Preservation Conference organizations and events over the years.
