As the Portfolio Manager for platinum relationships, I was responsible for profitability across the portfolio. Additionally, I had a 3 member team under me focusing on driving New Initiatives and Technical and Business projects for the business like Unattended POS, CUG Cards acceptance, leveraging third party VAS network for growing Installed Base, and ensuring that all developments are done as per business and regulatory requirements. I have been the Product Manager for Spice Rewards, Axis Bank's merchant loyalty initiative. As product manager, I was responsible for product design, sales, and promotional planning. I have also been the the Product Manager for Merchant EMI and have been involved in closing major EMI deals with Levis India, Future Group, Hypercity among others.
