I solemnly swear that I'm up to any sheet or table. When I was using MS Excel 95 for the first time, I was smitten by the fact that you can color the cells to cyan. Later on, in Excel 2000, I discovered functions and pivot tables. Fast forward to the present day, and I still love cyan cells. I work with .csv, sheets, Data Studio, JIRA, Google Analytics on a daily basis, and on some days I even tiptoe around Python or R. But, in the end, those are just tools. What matters to me are the people behind the numbers. How many candidates applied, where did they come from, what are their interests, what are employees passionate about and what bugs them, and where to look for the next generation of Python engineers? Those are the questions I love answering.

Yay BOOKS was a personal project my wife and I put together. It was a monthly book subscription box featuring a carefully picked young adult fiction book together with a few bookish gifts. The whole project – from marketing, sales, community building, and operations to the financial responsibilities – rested on our shoulders.
