Currently driving data strategy and product development at BigID, the data intelligence platform that enables organizations to know their enterprise data - and take action for privacy, protection, and perspective I am experienced in strategically designing and implementing enterprise data management programs in the financial services and insurance industries with hands-on expertise in regulatory compliance programs including BCBS 239, Solvency II and General Data Protection Regulation. I also focus on elevating data governance programs with new innovative technology specifically machine learning and artificial intelligence. I am actively learning new technologies and testing out new products to align with business strategies. I am passionate about sharing my innovative technology ideas by mentoring, speaking at student clubs and organizing events through Women in Technology groups. Responsible for the operationalization of the Wealth Management Data Governance program including building out metadata business use cases, managing issue management process, and leading bi-monthly meetings with Data Stewards and Data Custodians across multi-domains. Served as Business Product Owner for Collibra and directed the monthly technical releases with our Data Governance Technology Team. Helped to expand the usage of the tool to govern new data assets and improved the usability of the tool by creating dashboards and views. In addition to managing the program, directly supported data analysts and data scientists in documenting their requirements, critical data elements and data issues. In addition, I served on the Leadership Team for the Women's Employee Networking Group at Morgan Stanley where I helped to create and organize events for our members. Most notably, I implemented a rebranded book club for our members to engage them on business, networkng and leadership topics.

Data Innovation Lead in Enterprise Data Management

Responsible for the strategy and implementation of data life-cycle management programs in the Europe and Latin America regions. Led the Data Management Maturity model (DMM) assessment and reporting for the region. Support all Commercial and Consumer lines of business and operational processes to ensure enterprise maturity including stewardship, business semantics, taxonomy/ontology, data architecture, and enterprise tools utilization (included training in Collibra Data Governance Center). Projects include: Building up local and global Data Governance Programs focusing on Solvency II, Anti-Money Laundering and currently, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Specialize in the strategic and operational design of Collibra as a data governance operational tool to support regulatory compliance. In addition, I led a global innovation Pilot on Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence across product and practice groups. I also held leadership positions in AIG's Global Women in Technology group.

Managed team of business analysts responsible for documenting the data lineage of enterprise applications in compliance with BCBS 239 Risk Data Aggregation. Part of leadership team that developed operational roadmap and strategy for identifying authoritative data sources and data lineage flow. Supported enterprise data dictionary terms and publication in workflow on key business concepts. Completed proof of concept for enterprise data governance tools including Collibra Data Governance Center and IBM Business Glossary.

Implemented formal Data Governance Program at Standard & Poor's Ratings Services. Business process engineering, governance policy development, business ontology, and product management. Integration of Collibra Data Governance Center at S&P Ratings Services for metadata knowledge management, reference data and data stewardship. As a result, there is more transparency on the data that drives our ratings business. Co-Chair of Social Media Committee for McGraw Hill Financial's 2014 Global Leadership Conference. Developed and oversaw social media program for 200+ attendees that resulted in a 98% sentiment score.

Responsible for managing databases and operational workflow processes for data management systems for syndicated loans and global corporate debt in Corporates and Government Ratings Department. Responsible for identifying gaps between technology and operational efficiency and providing solutions to bridge gap.
