Leading MarTech and growth function within the new Digital Ventures division of MGM Resorts accelerating business transformation using technology. Developing and executing marketing and tech strategies that are aligned to customer behavior and create brand loyalty and a personalized customer journey. Helping drive all aspects of transformation including operating model, talent infusion, agile work process, platform to product mapping, defining roadmaps and tracking execution . SELECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS: ► Replaced legacy Data Warehouse with ADLS based real time streaming data pipeline and a customer data platform for next generation of personalized guest experiences. ► Defined and hired a new marketing team and Dev-Ops product management team from the ground up, defining the required experience and skillsets needed for a modern digital product team. ► Served a critical role in transforming MGM into a digital powerhouse that attracted $1B investment from IAC. ► Developed a new cloud-based customer data platform from scratch giving direct access to transactions in 1 hour reduced from 72 hours. ► Developed an MGM customer profile outside of gaming, adding customer transactions to existing profile 8x faster improving the customer journey.
