For the last 25 years I worked for multinational first level insurance companies and I bult a solid experience in insurance and reinsurance. Through these years I had the opportunity of build, restructure and lead high performance teams. I built automobile insurance and property casualty products for personal lines and I’m specialized in insurance for high end network, always looking for the customer view and building the customer journey starting on the pre-sale to the renewal process in a complete flow involving product, sales, pricing, systems, operation, finance, claims, legal, compliance and whoever need. I already led several projects: create new products, new distribution channels, enhance efficiency and productivity, reduce expenses, improve customer and broker experience, sustainability and ESG. For these projects, I led multidisciplinary teams of all hierarchical levels to deliver high quality products and services for a dynamic and competitive market, always thinking in process automation and self-service for customers and brokers, increasing the whole chain (employees, customers and brokers) satisfaction, allowing growth and expenses reduction. By leading these projects, I realized and begin to apply adaptability and mental agility to solve problems. I’m BA in Mathematics at University of Sao Paulo, which gives me an excellent analytic capability, portfolio management and strategic view. I have great experience in financial management starting on budget process to the P&L, follow up of goals achievement, results and main KPI’s. I’m also MBA at Insper, what let me with wider vision, including marketing, finance, accounting, economy, leadership and an end-to-end business view. I extended my MBA at University of Illinois, which brought me a vision of a more advanced and competitive market. I’m native in Brazilian Portuguese, fluent in English, advanced in Spanish and have good knowledge of Italian (Italian descendent and citizen). I have 3 kids – Matteo (13🤰), Carlo (7❤️) and Manuella (3❤️). I love to ride a bike in the time I have for me and I’m fascinated for the luxury market.
