I co-founded BlendJet after I had a freak accident that put me on medical leave for a year, and used protein shakes and smoothies to get better. After my recovery, I wanted to spend the rest of my career creating technology that helps people live longer and healthier lives. BlendJet’s flagship product, the BlendJet® 2, is the Next-Gen Blender®. It packs the power of a big blender on the go, in a compact and durable package that’s powerful enough to blend ice and frozen fruit, and is so visually appealing that it won the 2021 Red Dot Design Award. BlendJet’s patented TurboJet technology blends whatever you throw at it. The blade is offset from the center, which creates a tornado effects that blasts ingredients into the back wall of the jar 275 times per second. We brought my childhood dreams of holographic computers to life. At Meta we raised $100M+ to create the first holographic computer which enabled you to see and touch virtual objects layered on top of the real world. I was a key executive and spokesperson that gave keynotes alongside then CEO of Disney, Bob Iger and co-founder of Apple, Steve Wozniak. I demonstrated the technology to CEOs of the biggest companies, gave interviews to top tech and business press, and pitched the technology to investors. Meta was acquired and is now Campfire.

I joined Extreme Reach after they acquired my company, BrandAds. As the VP, Digital Evangelist, I shared my vision for the future of video advertising on stages, to press, and directly with leadership teams at the world’s top brands and agencies. We created cutting edge software to empower the future of video advertising and helped to usher billions of dollars from traditional media into the digital age. Nearly every Fortune 500 advertiser uses the platform, the majority of TV ads are distributed through it, and the top 100,000 actors are paid over 1 billion in royalties each year by Extreme Reach.

I co-founded BrandAds, the first software for measuring video ads on the internet. Our ground-breaking platform featured a beautiful dashboard that had metrics for everything you would need to know about your online video ads, including where your ads ran, who saw them, the impact they had on consumer behavior, and fraud detection, all ticking in real-time every 3 seconds. Red Bull, Wells Fargo, and countless household names relied on our software to keep track of hundreds of millions of dollars of online advertising spend. We provided the real-time insights and transparency needed for big brands to understand the impact of their online video campaigns across all major platforms.

Jan 2007 - 2014

Ryactive Corporation

Founder

At Ryactive we created TV commercials and online video ads for dozens of iconic brands including Pepsi, AT&T, and Ben & Jerry’s. We made a 2013 Super Bowl commercial for Speed Stick deodorant, a popular and polarizing TV ad for Quiznos, and were featured as the top story on the homepage of Wired.com for a stop-motion spot that recreated the Tron light-cycle sequence with Duck Brand Duct Tape. We received an EMMY nomination and won an award at Cannes.
