I manage the the Systems Team that implements and supports our software products into our clients SFDC orgs and Marketing Automation platforms, as well as providing sales operations and marketing operations administrator services to our clients . I am also currently managing the Solutions Team which is a team of Customer Success Managers that ensure the ongoing success of our clients towards the agreed upon contract of pipeline generation goals we help them achieve.

Worked with some of the best and brightest I've ever had the privilege to work with. I supported a team of up to 30 marketers for their marketing operations. I used Marketo to build out workflows for demo requests, gated content downloads, webinar programs, partner referrals, content syndication, direct mail, paid search, paid social, email blasts, newsletters, nurture programs, etc. I managed their implementation and ongoing Conversica (AI email nurturing system) strategy and optimization. I provided weekly and monthly analysis and audits on KPIs and ROIs of marketing initiatives. I provided daily monitoring of exceptions reports, data validation, and debug of erroneous processes.
