Seeing an opportunity to introduce well-honed spice blends to the specialty food market, we created a product to help give home cooks of all skill levels an approachable and easy way to experience flavorful ethnic food. The end result is Spicemode. For more than a year, we worked to perfect our small batch cooking sauces. We sourced ingredients from local farms, created custom spice blends, and partnered with an artisanal manufacturer in southern Illinois. We currently offer our products for sale on our website and throughout the Greater Chicago and San Francisco Bay Area.

Grew MRR from 25K to over 400K in 24 months. Built a marketing, sales and account management team from scratch. Converted pilots to multiyear enterprise customers paying from Millions to hundreds of thousand in subscription fees. Worked directly with the founding team, advisors, and customers.

Airspace designs, develops and builds specialized drones. I worked with the founding team to launch the project. Went from working in a loft to building out a 20,000 sqft facility where we designed, tested, and manufactured products and built ML/AI software. Submitted SBIR's and represented the company across the globe. Worked with several agencies both domestic and abroad.

President of OpsTechnology and RealPage Exchange Responsible for all the day-to-day operations and strategy of the OpsTechnology Spend Management Solution, OpsMerchant Supplier Network, OpsInvoice Account Payable Processing services, OpsBid Project Management Solution, and the OpsAdvantage Procurement Advisory services. Led the integration efforts between RealPage and OpsTechnology. Continued to grow revenue, add new customers and products while maintaining strong profit margins post acquisition. - Targeted, reviewed and conducted due diligence on acquisition targets to expand the product footprint for RealPage. - Proud to have been working with an amazing team of executives in the successful execution of our IPO on the Nasdaq. - Worked with the RealPage executive team to bring the OpsTechnology division into compliance during the transition from private to public company. - Moved the data center and operations to RealPage facilities in order to reduce costs and increase capacity. - Managed a distributed team of high performers in San Francisco, Dallas, Denver and India. - Maintained a leadership position in the marketplace with the largest install base of property users and supplier partners.

Responsible for all day-to-day operations, sales, marketing, business development and strategy. Grew the business from inception to profitability to acquisition. We raised capital from a group of venture capitalists and publicly traded REITS. The Company pioneered the development of an enterprise spend management system, Invoice processing service, and integrated supplier network solution for the Multifamily Industry. Our Customers included a significant percentage of the top 50 management companies and owners, along with a majority of the industry’s leading MRO suppliers and services providers. The team successfully sold the business to RealPage, prior to the eventual IPO. Product Highlights 2008: Developed the OpsBid Project Management Solution, the first on demand project/bid management system designed for multifamily renovation and capital improvement projects. We worked with several of our clients to develop the solution. 2005: Launched the OpsInvoice Processing Service, the industry’s first electronically managed invoice processing service with on shore document imaging and offshore data entry. The solution leveraged the core features of the OpsBuyer Spend Management applications while also leveraging a centralized scanning and mail management service provided by our in house teams. 2003: Launched the OpsBuyer accounts payable, purchase order and budget control solutions complete with enterprise grade permissions, security and workflow routing. 2000: Launched the OpsXchange eProcurement solution, the multifamily industry’s first private marketplace solution designed to support the specific needs of the property manager. With support from the industry’s largest operators and suppliers OpsXchange was one of the first widely adopted Cloud based solutions in the market.
