How does this work?

Hi, there! If you're reading this, you're probably more intrigued than just the title. Like you, I am curious too and I'd love to talk to the curiosity in you. It's what keeps us going, after all! What kept me going at Furlenco? Enjoying customer insights, delivering on customer lifecycle management - hopping from retention to loyalty and... on weekends, solving complex business problems. For instance, one weekend, I followed delivery trucks from the Furlenco warehouse to understand the mystery of last-mile inefficiencies. Later, I spent the week with my colleagues to fix those leaks. I love a good culture, a supportive boss and a data-driven setup. These are my non-negotiables at the workplace. I stand on the shoulders of leaders who believed in me, even when I did not. Objective: To lead, design and partner on a women-empowerment learning pathway with an Indian conglomerate. Eventually, the goal was to reduce women attrition. How: We combined empathy, personality science, and employee data analytics to create learning pathways that helped women with their confidence, time and productivity. The women who rise program was an impactful project to work on.

UNLEASH - Innovation lab for SDGs

India Representative in China

UNLEASH is a global non-profit initiative addressing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by bringing together 1,000 young global talents to innovate and collaborate on solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges. I was selected from a pool of more than 7,000 applicants to attend the UNLEASH Global Innovation Lab in Shenzhen, China, from November 6 to 13, 2019. During the eight-days program, we went through an immersive innovation challenge facilitated by content and business experts. In groups, we worked on problem framings around the Sustainable Development Goals, ideated solutions to these problems, and prototyped our ideas through the innovation process.

Worked closely with Ashwin Venkatraman (Chief Operating Officer) who taught me to collaborate effectively and think analytically. - Reduced company costs by automating a last-mile process: led training, defined KPIs and built data visibility - Understood root-causes of social media escalations by following delivery trucks from the warehouse to customer homes. Later, helped build strategies to solve for this.
