•Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives. •Primary label support for Rhino Entertainment to enter and edit label copy metadata data from A&R into Global Content Data Management System. •Generate International Standard Recording Codes (ISRCs), UPCs and catalog numbers for digital and physical releases including CD, Vinyl, Blu-Ray and DVD for A&R and Studio Services. •Advised labels on metadata requirements and WMG data standards including the content submitted to Digital Service Providers i.e iTunes, Spotify, etc. •Followed up on all metadata issues with various Digital Service Providers (DSPs) including Spotify, iTunes, etc. •Support regional product data standards in partnership with regional labels as well as other Product Data Management personnel. •Contact Rhino Entertainment to obtain any and all missing information including writer, publishing & participants required for a release and subsequent revenue processing within WMG. • Work with the United Kingdom group to help with Rhino International releases. •Primary data maintenance person relating to copyright extension project being run in coordination with Rhino Entertainment. •Attend Rhino Entertainment's weekly production meeting to go over the high volume release schedule for future releases and gain information on current products scheduled for release. •Worked with A&R to research tracks within Global Content Data Management (GCDM) system for a new release. Major releases worked on include Faith Evans And The Notorious B.I.G.
