I am a highly accomplished and innovative HR professional, who has built an extensive track record of delivering best-in-class benefits programs, to dramatically increase employee satisfaction and engagement for organizations across multiple sectors, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, and Education. Over the course of my career, I have showcased my skill for building, training, and optimizing the performance of skilled teams, that play a crucial role in ensuring all staff members receive the training, equitable services/compensation, and support they need to excel. My focus continues to be on adding or refining available plans/programs, to provide the perfect offerings to meet the unique needs of each individual employee and create a feeling of inclusion & well-being. As such, I have been instrumental in building best-in-class Benefits and Well-Being programs, while partnering with stakeholders across all areas and levels to drive continuous improvement and maximize employee engagement & performance. In addition, I continue to introduce cutting-edge technologies to streamline HR processes, improve service delivery, and minimize operational costs.

Lead annual benefits renewal process in partnership with vendors, brokers, finance, and human resources departments. Evaluate offerings, plan performance, trends, enrollments, and utilization to improve efficiency, the employee experience, and health outcomes. Responsible for on-boarding over 4,000 new hires, ensuring they have an understanding of the value of their benefits proposition. This includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter, Life Insurance, Disability, and Voluntary Benefits.

Transitioned the organization to ADP Workforce Now as the Benefits enrollment platform, improving program efficiency by well over 75% right from the launch. Leveraged auto-enrollment capabilities and increased employee education to drive up 403(b) enrollments by over 40%. Established “Success for Life”, an onsite employee well-being program. Enhanced benefits package by adding several offerings, a Health Savings Account, employee assistance program, and a Perks Program, further increasing staff satisfaction and well-being.

Optimized the performance of an HR team, consisting of four HR Managers and 600+ indirect reports, executing employee hiring, onboarding, training, and other HR functions for 7K+ employees at Target stores throughout the Metro New York region. Impacted employee engagement by rolling out programs focused on employee wellness, team spirit, and promoting a powerful culture in each store, that slashed turnover by 10% vs. peer locations. The programs led all stores to continually exceed culture metrics and performance goals. Succeeded in increasing participation in open enrollment, health services & education, and 401(k) enrollments by 75%, utilizing an effective benefits delivery and education strategy. Forged a series of strategic partnerships with key community groups and local government entities, leading to employees increasing community involvement by well over 200%. Restructured a staffing model saving $200K+ in payroll expenses.
