Lead rebranding effort from Buy.com to Rakuten.com post acquisition including refining unique customer value proposition and differentiation between Amazon and Walmart in the U.S. market. Nurtured relationships between key partners such as as Visa, Mastercard, Jet.com and major affiliates such as Slickdeals. Optimized budgets geared towards profitability and accurate revenue forecasting. Grew visibility and eduction for Rakuten Super Point loyalty program and Rakuten Credit Card. Dialed in Digital Marketing channels including Email Marketing, Paid Search, PLA's, Affiliates and Display Re-Marketing. Led key site optimization efforts new product recommendation and personalization tools, a/b and multivariate testing and site redesign including home page and product detail page. Acted as executive resource and liaison between Japan headquarters and delivered monthly reports to Rakuten CEO directly.
