Led consumer product, search, and transactions. I was one of the first product hires in pre launch phase and led product from a scratch; scaled to a run rate of $12M in 4mos post launch Gamut is a disruptive corporate venture designed to provide a concierge like service of 500k+ maintenance, repair and operations products to users, SMBs and enterprises. By using a first of its kind proprietary tech stack with innovative information architecture, it enables generation of relevant content, curated search results & recommendations that help customers quickly find and purchase the right products Built monetization & buyer experience from a scratch - includes web & mobile discovery funnel, payments, order platform. Later owned the catalog and search platforms that drive relevance/ ranking and content publishing Key initiatives: * Led multi disciplinary team of 50+ members to shape the commerce platform vision and roadmap for incubating a first of its kind industrial eComm venture; reported to Co-founder * Founding PM for monetization & customer engagement product owning transactions, fulfillment, payments.
