- How does Office Hours work?
Office Hours is a knowledge-sharing marketplace that connects clients with advisors in specific expertise areas. Clients search for and book 30 to 60 minute calls with advisors who have the expertise and perspectives they need. Scheduling, compliance, and payment is all managed on the platform. - Who are Office Hours' clients?
At this stage, we are primarily focused on clients in the healthcare and technology sectors. Our partners include VC and PE investors, pharmaceutical companies, Fortune 500 firms, and startups who need specialized expertise to inform product development and decision-making.
- How do I get paid?
We offer three payment options - Paypal, secure bank transfer via Stripe, or a charity donation to any 501(c)3 charity of your choice. After you complete a call, your payment will be processed and paid out within 1-3 business days.
- What is Office Hours?
Office Hours is a knowledge-sharing platform built to connect companies with top advisors in tech and healthcare for 30 or 60 minute consultations. Browse and request to book advisors, and we'll take care of the rest (compliance, payments, and support).
- Do I have to pay to join?
There are no fees to join our platform. You pay per completed consultation, and we'll bill you after calls are finished. Simply add a credit card, or contact our team to set up invoicing.
- Who can I book on Office Hours?
Currently, our focus is technology and healthcare, but we have advisors from all walks of professional life. From tech founders and CIOs, to top physicians and KOLs, to cryptocurrency experts, we have a vast array of top advisors with varied domain expertise.
- How do calls work?
When requesting a call, select 30 or 60 minute duration, and choose between conference line or Zoom. Once the request has been accepted, we'll send an automated calendar invite, and our 24/7 customer support team will ensure the call goes off without a hitch.
- How much will it cost?
Every advisor sets their own rate, and Office Hours charges an additional 25% platform fee. We also offer custom recruiting services, which are billed at a flat rate.
- What if you don't have the advisors I need?
Our dedicated customer success team is always available to recruit advisors on your behalf. Simply start a new project within our platform, or contact our team with the details of your request, and we'll present advisors within 24-48 hours.
- How do payments work?
You can pay by adding a credit card to your Office Hours profile or work with our finance team to set up an invoicing arrangement. To do so, please contact us here.
